This is a very special tour, I consider it a “slow” way to see the city, to admire the view and also be very close to our most famous church: Igreja do Senhor do Bonfim, that became famous for the ribbons (“fitinhas”) that we love using and giving as gift to our visitors.

This is a 4 hour tour, that include visiting the charming Ribeira, our Basilica of Senhor do Bonfim Bonfim  and end of the tour at Ponta do Humaita (Forte Mont Serrat and Igreja Mont Serrat). We also on the way recommend stoping at Memorial Irmã Dulce and see a bit of the history of the faith and kindness of this “baiana” that is still in our heart. Irmã Dulce is about to become our first “female saint”, and her history is compared with Madre Tereza de Calcutá.

After the sunset at historical center, how about this wonderful sunset at Ponta do Humaitá?
